jennifer burke the idgaf years podcastWhile chatting with Jennifer Burke we’ve started an interesting conversation about how we are all going through so much of the same emotional changes in our 40’s and there is no direct lifestyle correlation.

Jennifer has made many bold moves in her life without recognizing that she’d done it. No worries, I’ve pointed them out to my friend. I’m happy that now she’s giving herself permission to do crazy stuff like buying the necklace for no reason other than she wanted it.

We cover a few topics in our chat which is pretty usual for a conversation with my buddy. lol We are both firmly in the IDGAF years and we enjoy talking about what that means and how we got here. What are the similarities that we can correlate?

Listening to Jennifer talk about doing the videos and how she did them even though it freaked her out a bit gives me goosebumps. Listen in to why it was a big deal for her.

About Jennifer

I’ve embraced the pivot, in my personal and business life – but it hasn’t always been easy! I wear multiple hats – I Have Mighty Marketing Mojo where I coach other solopreneurs to find their own marketing mojo and bust their tech blocks; I founded a nonprofit that runs a big and growing national event; and I have the original solopreneur biz I started and that taps in to a special niche I’m passionate about. I am a degreed, credentialed, still dues-paying, library professional. My first biz teaches marketing to libraries and nonprofits.

I’ve lived on the east coast for almost 25 years, went to college outside Chicago, graduated high school from overseas. And I’m also partially deaf thanks to a rare weird form of brain tumor 15 years ago – but I haven’t let that stop me from public speaking and getting out there to share my ideas, my passion, and my business. Probably because after hitting 40 I stopped worrying so damn much what anyone else thought!
