Comfort zones and boundaries are two big topics that have weighed heavy on me the last few weeks. I’ve been doing some serious adjusting and I’m so damn happy to be on the other side of some of it!
This week is straight off the top of my head so if you have kids around, wear your headphones 😉
When covid shut the world down I had just made bold moves. It’s taken me months to figure out how I wanted to make changes. Which of course led me to finding other bold new things to push myself out of my comfort zone. It truly is an addiction…a good one.
What big things have you had to change because of effing covid? How are you doing with those changes?
If you are feeling wishy-washy in your boundaries, check out my Midlife Boundaries workshop. It’s self-study so you can start it right now.

Loved this episode, Val. Don’t even get me started on boundaries and how I haven’t been doing a very good job at all with a few certain people in my life. I was so sad when I flipped my calendar to August and had your event in big bold marker writing staring in my face… knowing that stupid Rona ruined your plans for it. I was so looking forward to it!
I don’t really know that I’ve changed a lot because of effing covid… I mean other than just ya know the world and things around me being shut down lol (kidding aside, it’s been a huge adjustment & some days I’m ok with it & other days I’m pissed off & irritated).
