Busyness, transformations, lots of changes and epiphanies does not make it a midlife crisis.
Ok, I went to my fav place…Wikipedia to get the downlow on this term. lol
So it was coined in 1965 and looking at it all, no wonder why I have an issue with it being called a crisis. While I do get hit with the mortality issue here and there (human, duh) and lifestyle changes, the difference is I’m not carrying regret over things I wished I’d done differently.
I will get another podcast out about regrets and my motto of living with no regrets 😉 I just made a trello card for it so I won’t forget…squirrel. I know my motto has saved my sanity over the decades.
All the changes in our lives doesn’t meant it’s a midlife crisis. It’s life. We grow. You and I both have permission to change now and forever.
Today I want to talk with you about all the transitions going on and that you are not alone. Join me as I continue my journey into my own Midlife ReInspiration because shit has been changing in my life.
